Registration Details

Be sure to read each section below fully before registering.

 

  • By submitting your $495 deposit, your registration becomes binding and you agree to the following terms:

    • Early Bird pricing saves you $400 and is available through April 28th, 2026

    • Final payments beyond the deposit are due by April 18th, 2026

    • Any payments made after April 18th must be paid in full at time of booking

  • You can choose from the following payment options:

    • Zelle (preferred), Venmo, check, or credit card

    • International payments via Wise or bank wire

    If none of these work for you, contact julia@juliaberkeley.com for assistance.

  • Please note: This retreat has a strict cancellation policy.

    • Cancellations made before January 18th will be refunded in full

    • Cancellations made after January 18th result in a loss of the $495 deposit

    • Cancellations between April 18th and May 18th result in a 50% loss of the total retreat cost

    • Cancellations made after May 18th result in 100% loss of funds

    • No-shows or early departures automatically forfeit all payments

    • If the retreat is canceled due to low enrollment, your deposit will be refunded in full

    We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

  • This retreat includes movement and outdoor activities such as gentle hiking, which carry some inherent risk. If you have medical or psychological conditions, please consult your physician or therapist before registering. If you have mobility concerns, contact Julia to ensure this retreat is a good fit.

    By registering, you agree to participate at your own risk and release Julia Berkeley from any liability. You take full responsibility for your health and well-being during the retreat.

• You’ll then receive an email with details for securing your spot with a non-refundable deposit of $495 USD.

• The balance is due in full by April 18th, 2026

Shared Accommodations

All shared apartments include very comfortable bedding, bathrooms and kitchens

If you wish to share a cabin or room, please bring a friend, or let Julia know that you want a roommate. Although it is most likely that you will be given a roommate, if for some reason we are unable to fill the other bed you will be charged an extra ‘$xx’ and considered a ‘forced single’.
