This is your invitation to slow down, soften, and return to the quiet inner landscape that holds the keys to your happiness and wellbeing. Through very gentle movement, breath, sound and a long relaxation process (yoga nidra), followed by meditation, you are guided into a state of profound rest and ease.
Each session supports you to
• unwind blockages from the physical, mental and emotional layers of your being
• let go of the mind and its habitual patterns
• reconnect with your blissful, expansive Self and your natural state of joy, peace and freedom
The Sanctuary is a place to rest deeply, reset your nervous system and replenish your inner reserves. It is especially supportive if you feel overwhelmed, exhausted or are carrying stress in your body.
Each session is recorded so you can experience it at a time that works for you and return to it whenever you need.
