Sanctuary Relaxation Session

The sanctuary is a healing, regenerative and nurturing space for you to let go of long held tension and stress and open into deep restorative rest.

Through very gentle movement, breath and a long relaxation process (yoga nidra), followed by meditation, this session supports you to 

• unwind blockages from the physical, mental and emotional layers of your being, 

• let go of the mind and 

• open into your blissful expansive Self.
