This Yoga Nidra is specifically designed to help you drift peacefully into sleep and experience a deeper, more restorative night’s rest.

How to use this practice:

• Listen as you settle into bed for the night

• If you wake up in the middle of the night, you can listen again to ease back into sleep

• Even if sleep feels out of reach, this practice provides profound rest for your body and mind.

Getting Started

• Get comfortable in your bed with your pillow and covers just as you like them

• Press play and close your eyes

• Simply follow my voice—there’s no effort required on your part

• Allow yourself to drift wherever the practice takes you, whether that’s sleep or deep relaxation
