Soul Motion is a conscious dance practice. It is a meditation in motion and a journey of discovery.

The practice weaves together movement and stillness with facilitated movement enquiries and music from all genres.

It invites you to move freely, beyond any ideas of right or wrong, in order to discover your unique fully alive authentic expression both on the dance floor and more importantly in the everyday.

This practice welcomes you whether you’re an experienced dancer or absolute beginner.

This week will be facilitated by Seshen.
