Join Julia, E-RYT 500, in this journey of home-coming. By inviting you to listen deeply to the intelligence that moves within you and be guided from there, she creates a space accessible to all levels of experience. While classes vary in intensity, ranging from restorative to a heart-centered flow, they are designed to open and relax the body, calm the overstimulated nervous system and mind, and center you in your heart space.

Julia weaves together asana, pranayama, mudra, chanting, music and meditation to uplift your spirit and support you to find and maintain presence and relaxation both on and off the matt.

Since 2015, I have been going to Julia’s yoga classes... The spirituality Julia brings to us during practice, combined with her gorgeous music and singing voice, turn all these sessions into experiences that enrich my days, week and month.
