Terms and Conditions

Registration & payment

By submitting your deposit, your registration becomes binding and you agree to the following terms.

For Early Bird rates your balance/final payment is due August 30th, 2024.

Pricing after August 30th (early bird cut-off date) increases by $200.

All payments made after Septemeber 20th are to be paid in full.

Payment methods

After you receive our invoice, you can choose between these methods of payment:

1. Zelle is preferred. You can also pay via Venmo or check.

2. By debit or credit card. Credit card payments require an extra 3% in service fees.

3. International payments can be made via Wise or bank wire.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is strict.

• The $575 per person deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

• Cancellation notice must be received via email by September 20th, 2024.
You will be refunded any payment over the deposit amount.

• All payments become transferrable (to another participant) but are nonrefundable after September 20th, 2023.

• In case of no show or early departure, you automatically forfeit any claims to financial reimbursement.

Travel Insurance

IMPORTANT: We require that you take out a travel insurance policy to protect your investment.

Liability

This retreat includes movement activities and naturally entails some risk of potential injury. If you suffer from medical or psychological ailments, please consult your physician or therapist to check whether your participation is advisable.

Getting around Haramara – including access to the pool, the beach, the dining hall and yoga shalas - requires walking up and down a hilly path. If you have mobility issues, be sure to check with Julia to see where your accommodation might be.

You agree to enroll and participate at your own risk, to release Julia Berkeley from any liability claims and to take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing during the retreat.
