Setting up your sanctuary:
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed. Gather anything that supports comfort and ease, such as:
A bolster or cushion under your knees
Support for your neck
An eye pillow or something to cover your eyes
A cozy blanket
What to expect:
This guided practice includes a rotation of awareness through your body, gentle breath focus, and a beautiful visualization of your most fulfilling life. While staying awake is ideal, it is completely fine if you drift or fall asleep. Your body will take exactly what it needs.
The magic happens in the letting go. As you surrender into rest, your whole system receives the reset it has been craving. You may emerge feeling renewed, calmer, clearer, and more connected to your essential self.
Take your time returning to sitting. Let the sweetness settle before moving into the rest of your day.
